The pole on the "Štuoc" power line in Žabljak was broken due to snow drifts and gusts of wind, causing the Broadcasting Center, the transmitter for the Army of Montenegro and telephone operators to be left without electricity, the Montenegrin Electricity Distribution System (CEDIS) announced.
CEDIS said that their teams had visited the site.
"Repair work has been prevented due to weather conditions, but will begin as soon as weather conditions allow," CEDIS said in a Facebook post.
