The Municipality of Mojkovac has made a decision to distribute grants to support women's entrepreneurship for 2025, for which a total of almost 40.000 euros has been allocated.
Funds were allocated for the implementation of 18 business plans, and individual amounts range from 600 to 7.785 euros.
Among the supported business plans are “School for Intellectual Development of Children”, “Flower Shop”, “Children's Boutique”, “Cabello sano”, “Cosmetic Studio”, “Production of Vegetables and Dairy Products”, “Žurić Produce”, “Hair Salon”, “Hair Salon Marina”, “Snoopy-s” DOO, “Maja Nails”, “BGHS”, “Butik Dragana”, “Sirara”, “My B&N”, “Export-import hydraulics”, “Caffe bar Arte Caffe” and “Provision of rural tourism services”.
According to the Public Competition on the basis of which the funds were distributed, the focus was on business plans that were aligned with the priority areas of development of the municipality, and special attention was paid to beginners in business, the so-called start-up projects. In addition, a significant advantage is achieved by business plans that promote self-employment or the creation of new jobs for residents of the municipality of Mojkovac. It was important, as defined by the competition, that the proposed plans offer comprehensive data necessary for starting, running and successfully operating a business in the future, as well as proposals for financing the idea from their own or other sources.
Transparency and a clear vision for the development of the business idea, as well as the connection of the plan with the previous activities of the entrepreneur or company, should also have been key.
