The capital city of Podgorica has issued a public call for applications for compensation for part of the rental costs for this year.
The Capital City announced that tenants residing in Podgorica have the right to compensation for part of the rent costs, and the subsidy in the amount of 100 euros is approved for a period of 12 months.
The decision on the budget of the Capital City of Podgorica for this year provides for funds to compensate for part of the rental costs in the amount of 150 thousand euros.
"The deadline for submitting applications for the public call is 30 days from the publication, and the Commission will determine the final ranking list based on the data received and, after the procedure has been completed, will proceed to signing an agreement on compensation for part of the rental costs, which regulates the mutual rights and obligations of the tenant and the Capital City," the statement states.
