The Kolašin Spatial Design and Planning Agency plans total expenditures for 2026 in the amount of 203.050 euros.
As explained by the acting executive director in the Work Program of this newly formed local company: Andrija Mirovic, among the main objectives of the program is the development of a spatial and urban plan for the municipality in accordance with legal deadlines and professional standards and the start of the development of the urban project "Inner City Core".
Also, the money allocated for the work of the Agency will be spent on providing functional and efficient administrative support, continuous professional development of employees, and maintaining competencies in the field of spatial and urban planning.
The agency, among other things, is awaiting the formation of an expert team and the engagement of the necessary consultants (engineers, economists, tourism experts, agricultural experts, and others), the implementation of field analyses, the collection of data, and the coordination with investors and citizens.
The development and maintenance of an official website and official email addresses are also planned as a platform for transparent publication of planning documents and efficient communication with citizens and investors.
The agency was established last year, and the obligation to establish a local business company arose from the new Law on Spatial Planning, according to which local planning documents will in future be prepared by business companies established by local self-government assemblies.
According to the law, a company established by the Government performs the audit of local planning documents, while the audit of state planning documents is performed by the Audit Commission. The founder of the Agency is the Municipal Assembly.
