The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation (MESI) has provided 60.834 euros for the payment of allowances for first and second grade students in dual education for December.

As announced by the Ministry of Education, the fee for first-grade students is 87,6 euros per month, while for second-grade students it is 131,4 euros.

The department explained that, in accordance with the Law on Vocational Education, a school can provide vocational education in its entirety or the theoretical part at school, and practical education or part of practical education at the employer.

"If practical education is provided in its entirety (dual form of education), the mutual rights and obligations of students and employers are regulated by an individual education contract concluded by the employer and parent," the statement reminds.

The student, as stated by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports, is entitled to compensation for the duration of the individual education contract with the employer.

The money for the fees for the first and second years of education is provided by the Ministry of Education, Training and Vocational Training, while for the third year, the fees are provided by the employer.
