The Customs Administration donated electronic equipment and clothing to the residents of the "Mladost" Children's Home in Bijela, thereby, as announced, seeking to provide a concrete contribution to improving the quality of life of children without parental care.
According to the Customs Administration, the donation was presented on Tuesday, during a visit by their officials to the institution.
The Customs Administration stated that the goal of the donation is to improve the daily living conditions and quality of life of children.
"With this gesture, the Customs Administration seeks to provide a concrete contribution to improving the quality of life of children without parental care, as well as support for activities aimed at improving the living conditions and well-being of children residing in this institution," the statement added.
It is stated that the Customs Administration will continue, in accordance with its capabilities, to support initiatives aimed at providing assistance to the most vulnerable categories of the population.
