"Vijesti" is launching a survey on private lessons in Montenegro. We want to map how this "parallel system" works in practice: who gives lessons (school teachers, private tutors, centers), how parents and students find them, how much they cost and how they are paid, and whether they serve as additional help due to gaps in teaching or as additional support for talents and preparations for competitions.
The questionnaire is anonymous and intended for parents, students, and teachers. Your experiences will help us understand the extent of the gray area, the quality and effects of private lessons, as well as attitudes about ethics and possible regulation.
