Nikšić will receive a modern hall, with an area of around 1.600 square meters, intended for holding congresses, concerts, fairs and other events, it was emphasized today during a tour of the works in Nikšić, on the project of the Congress Multimedia Hall in the House of Revolution, the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation (MPNI) announced.
The Ministry of Public Works and Infrastructure announced that the head of that government department, Anđela Jakšić-Stojanović, and Majda Adžović, Minister of Public Works, visited the works in Nikšić today on the project for the Congress Multimedia Hall in the House of Revolution.
"During the tour, it was emphasized that the reconstruction of this space will provide the city with a modern and functional hall with an area of approximately 1.600 square meters, intended for holding congresses, concerts, fairs and other events, which will significantly improve the city's social and cultural infrastructure," the statement said.
The Ministry of Education and Science added that Jakšić-Stojanović and Adžović also visited the works on the adaptation of the building of the Faculty of Philosophy and Philology of the University of Montenegro in Nikšić.
"It was emphasized that the implementation of the project will permanently overcome long-standing problems with the heating system, with the implementation of all necessary works that will provide better quality, more energy-efficient and more modern conditions for the work and residence of students and employees. It was particularly emphasized that investing in educational infrastructure represents an investment in knowledge, youth and the future of Montenegro," said the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.
The statement also states that the Ministry of Public Works, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, continues intensive activities on the implementation of projects, confirming the Government's commitment to improving the conditions for education and the overall development of society through continuous investments.
