Due to the announced unfavorable weather conditions, the Organizing Committee of the Traditional Winter Kotor Carnival Festivities has made the decision to postpone the carnival planned for today.
An additional reason for the delay is the fact that the route and sound system are set up three days in advance, which could lead to damage to the technical equipment due to bad weather conditions, writes Radio Kotor.
Special emphasis was placed on the safety of participants, and given that a large number of children participate in the carnival procession, this decision was made to ensure safe and quality conditions for all participants and visitors.
The public will be informed in due course about the new date of the carnival.
