The Ministry of Defense has announced a public announcement for scholarships for ten undergraduate students in the 2025/2026 academic year, with the possibility of employment in the Montenegrin Army after graduation.
The Ministry announced that the scholarships are intended for students of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering (field of energy and automation), Faculty of Natural Sciences (computer science), Faculty of Political Sciences (field of media studies and journalism), Faculty of Law and Faculty of Medicine (study program of medical studies).
As they stated, scholarships are also intended for students of the Academy of Music if the study program includes wind instruments.
"In addition to monthly financial support during studies in the amount of 400 to 650 euros, depending on the year of study, selected candidates gain the opportunity for professional development and secure employment in the defense system," the statement says.
The Ministry said that the advertisement will run until March 23rd.
The right to apply, as they explained, is for Montenegrin citizens up to 25 years of age, with an average grade of at least 7,5, who meet the prescribed health, psychological and security requirements.
