Budva police detained VD (25) from Budva last night after it was determined that he was driving under the influence of cocaine and marijuana.
As confirmed to Vijesti by the president of the court, Marko Đukanović, the judge of the Budva Minor Offences Court, Magdalena Minić, imposed a fine of 1.525 euros on him.
"Last night, at around 10:33 p.m. on the Adriatic Road in Budva, the defendant was driving an Audi passenger vehicle under the influence of psychoactive substances. Police officers ordered an examination using means and methods to determine the presence of psychoactive substances - the test showed the presence of psychoactive substances in the body, cocaine and cannabis. In doing so, he violated the Road Traffic Safety Act," Vijesti was told.
He was also given a protective measure of a four-month driving ban.
