Regarding the publication of the minutes of the 17th and 18th sessions from 2025, there was a technical error in the anonymization of decisions that were exempt from anonymization pursuant to Article 2 of the Rules on the Anonymization of Decisions of the Prosecutorial Council, so the aforementioned minutes will be corrected and published on the Prosecutorial Council website.
This was announced today by the Prosecutorial Council in response to yesterday's announcement by the Center for Democratic Transition (CDT).
The CDT announced yesterday that they are expressing serious concern over the dramatic decline in transparency in the work of the Prosecutorial Council, which, as they said, culminated in the completely meaningless anonymization of the minutes from the sessions of this body.
The Prosecutorial Council stated in today's statement that on June 13, 2025, they amended Article 19, paragraph 7 of the Rules of Procedure of the Prosecutorial Council, which, they said, allowed all decisions of the Council, including decisions on evaluation and decisions on disciplinary liability, to be published on the website, after anonymization, which had not been the case before.

The Prosecutorial Council said that they would like to point out that their sessions are public, and that representatives of the media and civil society organizations can attend them.
