Maritime Affairs: Intensive works in the Port of Budva, dock D renovated

As part of the continuous improvement of the Port of Budva, the rehabilitation of Dock D was carried out. As announced by the Public Company for Marine Resources Management, the works included the replacement of bollards, the replacement and additional strengthening of connectors between pontoon segments, as well as the complete rehabilitation of floorboards and protective sheets - all with the aim of increasing the safety and stability of the moorings.

"Extensive work was carried out on the modernization of the anchor system at Dock B. New reinforced concrete anchor blocks, bow chains, ropes and triple braids were installed, new gambets were installed, as well as 32 new moorings of appropriate dimensions, which further improved the reliability and safety of the mooring. The access gangway was also serviced to ensure safe and unhindered access for users. We continue to invest in the safety, functionality and long-term sustainability of the Port of Budva," JP Morsko dobro announced.
