The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that, due to the deteriorating security situation in the Middle East region and the increased number of requests for return to Montenegro, the organization of a second evacuation flight is planned for Montenegrin citizens currently in the affected area.
The flight to Podgorica is planned for March 4, 2026, departing from the United Arab Emirates, and will be operated by Fly Dubai.
"According to current estimates, this flight will ensure the return of around 160 Montenegrin citizens who have so far contacted the competent institutions for assistance with evacuation. The Ministry reminds all Montenegrin citizens who are in the UAE, who wish to return to Montenegro and have not yet been registered, to contact the competent diplomatic mission as soon as possible for timely registration," the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced.

"When registering, it is necessary to provide the following information: name and surname, passport number and validity period, current location, contact phone number or e-mail, as well as information about family members traveling with you. Details about the departure time, meeting place and other organizational information will be provided by the representative office. Registered passengers will be notified via diplomatic and consular channels. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs continues to closely monitor the development of the situation and remains in constant communication with partner institutions and the diplomatic and consular network. All Montenegrin citizens who are in the affected area are recommended to follow official instructions and service information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as local competent institutions," the statement reads.
