Humanost.com: Vladimir was left with limited mobility after a stroke. There is hope, but he needs our help

Vladimir Tadić from Budva needs 23.030,61 euros for a three-month rehabilitation program to regain mobility and regain some of his lost independence, the Humanost.com foundation announced.

"There are moments in life that change everything in a second. For Vladimir Tadić (52) from Budva, one such moment occurred last year, when he suffered a stroke that changed the course of his life," the statement reads.

Vladimir, a hardworking, quiet and positive man, who has taken care of himself and others for years, is today facing severe consequences, reduced mobility, paralysis of one side of the body with pronounced neurological problems and limited ability to function independently.

"His everyday life is now a struggle for basic movements, for dignity and for hope. However, what sets Vladimir apart is his incredible will. Despite everything, he does not give up. He makes an effort every day, believes in recovery and dreams of the moment when he will be able to stand on his own two feet again and lead a normal life independently," the Foundation said in a statement.

Doctors recommend intensive and specialized rehabilitation at a clinic in Niš, which includes modern methods - robotic neurorehabilitation and continuous professional supervision.

"These treatments represent a chance for Vladimir to regain mobility, improve his condition and regain some of his lost independence. For the complete three-month rehabilitation program, including a stay at the clinic, it is necessary to raise 23.030,61 euros, an amount that Vladimir cannot provide on his own. Let's help a man who has not lost faith, who is fighting and who deserves a new chance. Let's help Vladimir to live with dignity again, to be what he has always been: a strong, independent and smiling man," said the Humanost Foundation.
