The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation (MESI) has filed six more criminal charges with the Basic State Prosecutor in Podgorica due to reasonable suspicion that persons submitted false and untrue educational documents, which were determined by the competent institutions during the process of recognizing foreign educational documents to be not authentic public documents.

As they said in the statement, based on the above, there is a reasonable suspicion that the aforementioned persons committed the criminal offense of forgery of documents under Article 412 of the Criminal Code.

"We expect the competent authorities to act in accordance with their jurisdiction and authorities, in order to resolve this significant institutional problem," said Anđela Jakšić Stojanović from the department.
