Poison spilled on state property in Kapino Polje, police question couple

Nikšić resident S. Blečić and his wife were questioned by the local police on suspicion of spilling a large amount of poison on a state-owned property in Kapino Polje.

According to information from "Vijesti", both denied that they had sprinkled poison from a "Golf 2" car on a meadow used for grazing hundreds of cattle yesterday.

"Vijesti" was unofficially told by the Police Directorate that the Basic State Prosecutor's Office was notified of the incident, which ordered the collection of additional information.

The poison removal operation is underway.
