From the window of one of the newly constructed buildings in the Breza neighborhood of Kolašin, an undeveloped plot with numerous auxiliary buildings used by the tenants of the building on the other side of the road can be seen. In addition to harming us, it also harms the general impression of everyone who passes through this part of the city. We expected a more prompt response from the local authorities. We have shown our willingness to help in the landscaping of this plot," said the company "Jedro Gradnja", which is the investor of the building.

The tenants allegedly have no other way to store firewood.

The recently published Draft Decision on the Installation, Construction and Removal of Auxiliary Facilities, which, in addition to the construction requirements, also introduces strict fines, defines auxiliary facilities as those that serve the main building or auxiliary activities of the investor. They are classified into five categories. The first type includes garages, porters, swimming pools, pergolas, storage rooms, wells, fences and similar facilities up to 30 square meters.

This act stipulates that above-ground and underground auxiliary facilities must be at least two meters away from the plot boundary. Exceptionally, they can be built along the boundary with the written consent of the neighbors.
