The average monthly bill, they said, was "approximately 10 euros per card."

"Deponija" states that the company allocated 12.549,61 euros for mobile and landline telephony services in 2025.

"'Deponija' owns 55 cards used by employees," the company said.

The average monthly bill for all telephone services at the "Deponija" level, as they responded, was 1.045,8 euros.

Last year, the Agency for Construction and Development of Podgorica allocated 4.852 euros for mobile telephony services, while landline telephony costs amounted to 2.451,69 euros.

The Agency stated that they pay bills for mobile numbers for 13 employees, as well as owning 55 landline phones for which they make payments.

"The average monthly bill for mobile phones last year was 404,33 euros, while the average bill for landline telephony was 204,30 euros," the Agency responded.

The Agency for the Management of Protected Areas announced that during 2025, the total costs for mobile telephony services amounted to 1.023 euros, excluding calculated VAT.

"The costs for fixed telephony services together with the internet, in the same period, amounted to 1.676 euros excluding calculated VAT," the Agency stated.

They state that they own one mobile phone and a total of 11 cards.

"The average monthly bill for mobile telephony over the past year was 85,25 euros, while the average bill for telecommunications and internet services was 139,67 euros," the Agency responded.

"Čistoća" has 131 devices, "Zelenilo" has none

"Čistoća" said that, in accordance with the Public Procurement Law, they are announcing a simple procurement procedure for mobile telephony services through CEJN.

"The contract for the previous year was signed in mid-March for the amount of 12.444,85 euros including VAT, it includes a package for 350 user numbers and 20 internet packages, and the average monthly bill for mobile telephony services last year was 780 euros," Čistoća announced.

They added that the cost of landline services last year amounted to 2.226 euros.

"There are 131 official telephones recorded in our company's business books," the city company said.

"Zelenilo" allocated a total of 8.820,77 euros for telephone services during 2025. Of this amount, 7.266,43 euros related to mobile telephony, and 1.554,34 euros to landline telephony.

"The company has a total of 96 mobile numbers - cards and six landlines, and there were no purchases of mobile devices," Zelenil said.

The average monthly bill in that company was 605,54 euros for mobile and 129,45 euros for landline.

The company "Komunalne usluge" paid close to 10.000 euros for telephone services last year. In their responses, they specified that they spent 9.455,43 euros on mobile telephony services last year, and 3.040,23 euros on landline services.

"We do not own any mobile phones in this Company. 71 employees use mobile phone cards, as they are necessary for communication in order to perform their jobs adequately and qualitatively (field work in two shifts, communication with clients, citizens, third parties, institutions, media, etc.). All of the above is necessary, given our activity (maintenance of public lighting and light signalization facilities in the territory of the Capital City), which is entrusted to us for maintenance," said the company "Komunalne usluge".

They added that average monthly bills for mobile telephony amount to 787,95 euros, and for landline telephony, 253,35 euros.

"Sports facilities" allocated 3.025,33 euros for impulses last year, of which 23,24 euros were for landline telephony.

"Our company owns 44 phones, of which 16 are mobile and 28 are landline phones. Our company uses 48 official mobile cards," the company replied.

They add that the average bill for landline telephony was 1,94 euros, and for mobile telephony it was 250,17 euros.
