Executive Director of the Pljevlja Coal Mine Nemanja Laković He reported more than half a million euros in deposits, which is by far the largest amount of savings among Pljevlja officials.
Far behind Laković in terms of savings is the former executive director of the Coal Mine. Milan Lekic, the current Nova MP. He declared 108.702 euros in his current account, while his wife Gordana, the director of the municipal company “Čistoća” has almost 12.500 euros.
The data from the file also shows large differences among other officials - from six-figure amounts in current accounts, to significant assets and shares in foreign companies, to multi-year loan debts. At the same time, some of them did not give consent for access to bank accounts.
Laković and his wife, a doctor, declared over half a million euros in savings, which they hold in various currencies. Of that amount, Laković's wife owns 24.912 euros.
According to the data from the card, Laković reported a deposit of 285.743,95 US dollars, which was not included in the asset card for 2025. When asked by "Vijesti" how he acquired that amount, Laković told "Vijesti" that he sold shares in a foreign company.
"In compliance with the obligations defined by the Law, from the day I assumed the position of Executive Director of RUP, I have submitted all necessary documentation and reported all data on assets. I have regularly and transparently reported any change in my assets, which was the case in the last report. This time too, I have informed the competent Agency that there has been an increase in my assets based on the profit made from trading and selling shares on the American stock exchange last year. Otherwise, the ownership of these shares is transparently and clearly stated in my previous asset declaration. All income generated from the aforementioned investment, with precise data, has been reported in accordance with the Law and through regular tax returns so that ASK has full insight into all changes," he said.
Laković has shares in five companies: "Orbital infrastructure GRP" (362), "Borqus technologies inc" (156), "Alibaba Group holdings LTD" (100), "Smiledirectclub INC" (6500), and last year he also had 31.712 shares in "Northern dynasty minerals LTD", which he most likely sold for the amount he stated in this year's asset card. They bought a 93 square meter apartment in 2021, they also own an apartment of about 90 square meters, a five-hectare field, a "Volvo" car from 2022, and a stake in numerous real estate properties.
The executive director has a total of 147.314,64 euros in current accounts in euros, or 37.427,64 euros in one and 109.887 euros in the other, while he has a total of 10.555.493,04 RSD in current and other accounts in dinars (3.227.323,77 RSD in one current account and 7.328.169,27 RSD in the other current account). Laković also reported an additional 10.000 euros in the current account.
His annual salary was 47.566 euros, of which 39.900 euros came from his directorship and 7.633 euros from two months' rent. His wife earned around 11.800 euros. He also declared ten thousand euros in cash. He did not give consent for access to bank accounts.
Laković was born in Pljevlja and graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences (University of Belgrade). As stated in his biography, from May 2015 to March 2024, he was the director of the company “Synergy tech” Belgrade, which carried out a number of prominent projects in Serbia and the region, primarily in the reconstruction or construction of heating pipelines, pipelines and oil pipelines. From January 2012 to May 2015, Laković was the director of the company OIP Engineering ltd, where, in addition to regular and administrative activities within his jurisdiction, he also led a number of regional projects.
Previously, from October 2008 to April 2011, Laković worked as General Manager at the company “Notham System” doo Belgrade. He began his career in February 2004 at the family company “Elcom” doo Pljevlja, where he worked until November 2008.
Milan Lekić earned a total of 64.506 euros last year from several sources, including his parliamentary salary, work at the Coal Mine, commission membership, severance pay, rent, and insurance. His wife earned over 34.000 euros. They own a house, a weekend house, and seven hectares of land.
MP of PES Dane Markovic and his wife, both doctors, reported 46.200 euros in current accounts, with two loans totaling 22.000 euros. Their annual income exceeded 67.000 euros, of which 20.000 euros came from the sale of real estate.
Democrat MP Nikola Rovčanin He declared 20.000 euros in cash, with credit debt of around 77.000 euros. His family owns a house and an apartment, and their annual income exceeds 53.000 euros.
Member of the DPS Tanja Dragasevic and her husband own three apartments, reported 25.000 euros in cash and 110.000 euros in loans, with an annual income of around 40.700 euros.
Member of the Movement for Pljevlja Bozidara Bajic, he declared 9.000 euros in cash, his wife 4.000 euros, but did not give consent for access to bank accounts. He owns several apartments, a house, business premises and buildings under construction with a total area of 182 square meters.
Head of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Pljevlja Sanja Golubovic and her husband Igor reported income of over 54.000 euros, but also loans of nearly 210.000 euros. They own a house, an apartment, two cars, while Igor also reported an inherited gun.
Member of Parliament of the Bosniak Party Kenana Strujić and her husband reported multiple properties, as well as loans totaling around 73.000 euros, with an annual income of over 41.000 euros.
Member of the NSD Slobodan Radovic and his wife, who works at the Library, earned a total of over 36.000 euros. Radović earned over 20.700 euros from his regular job at the Coal Mine, nearly 4.600 euros from his councilor's fee, and an additional 105 euros from his membership in the board. His wife's annual income was over 10.700 euros. They reported a loan debt of around 30.000 euros, and ownership of a 72-square-meter apartment.
Head of the NSD parliamentary group Marko Potparić, last year he earned around 26.900 euros, including 17.615 euros from his job at Rudnik, 4.440 euros from a contract for services, and 4.680 euros from councilor compensation.
Head of the DPS parliamentary group, Dragisa Sokic and his wife earned a total of 26.640 euros in income last year. Sokić earned 13.300 euros from his job in the Assembly, and 4.320 euros from his councilor's fee. His wife's income was close to 9.000 euros.
