On the occasion of the upcoming anniversary, the Municipality of Ulcinj, the Cultural Center and the Tourist Organization have prepared a Program to celebrate 20 years of independence of Montenegro.

As part of the Program, an exhibition of Ulcinj painters was organized on April 22nd, and on May 11th and 12th, literary evenings at the Cultural Center "Albanian Literature in Independent Montenegro and "Literature as a Means of Interculturality".
