The Montenegrin Ministry of Defense and the German Embassy in Podgorica will organize a humanitarian concert on Tuesday to mark the 20th anniversary of the restoration of Montenegro's independence, at which the Military Orchestra of the German Armed Forces will perform at the Music Center.
