The Ministry of Defense and the German Embassy are organizing a humanitarian concert for 20 years of independence

The Montenegrin Ministry of Defense and the German Embassy in Podgorica will organize a humanitarian concert on Tuesday to mark the 20th anniversary of the restoration of Montenegro's independence, at which the Military Orchestra of the German Armed Forces will perform at the Music Center.

As announced by the Ministry of Defense, the concert will begin at 20 p.m., and the money raised will be donated to the Resource Center for Children and Youth.

Funds can be paid into bank account number: 510-203008-79.

"We invite citizens to support this humanitarian event with their presence and enjoy the performance of the renowned German military orchestra, which, in the spirit of alliance and friendship, will mark two decades of Montenegrin independence through a rich musical program," the Ministry said.

The statement states that the Military Orchestra of the German Armed Forces will also perform on May 21 in Budva, in front of the walls of the Old Town, where they will hold a concert of festive music from 11 am to 12 pm, while a concert of modern and rock music is planned from 14 pm to 14:45 pm near the Church of St. Mark in the Old Town.
