The first emergence of ducklings from this year's brood, which was maintained by employees of the Port of Budva under the supervision of biologist and professor Ana Vujović, was realized today.
"The flock of ducks, which chose the Budva Port as their habitat a few years ago, has grown by 11 new members. The Public Company for the Management of the Coastal Zone of Montenegro helped with a donation for the purchase of food, feeders and other equipment, while Professor Vujović gave instructions all the time on how to take care of them, so that the ducks have everything they need to maintain the brood, thrive and be protected from predators," it was said in the Coastal Zone.
A flock of ducks, as they stated, beautifies the area around the Old Town and has already become a kind of attraction for a large number of tourists who pass through the Budva Port and the City Park every day.
