A person found outside the bathing area in a swimsuit or without any clothing will be fined between 150 and 500 euros.
This is stated in the Decision on Amendments to the Decision on Communal Order, which was adopted at the session of the Ulcinj Parliament on Thursday last week.
The decision emphasizes that new rules of conduct are being introduced to protect communal order, the dignity of the city, and the well-maintained appearance of public areas.
"In order to protect communal order, the dignity of the city and the well-groomed appearance of public areas, it is prohibited to walk in a swimsuit or without a part of the clothing in public areas in urban settlements, suburban settlements and tourist locations in the territory of the municipality of Ulcinj, except in bathing areas - beaches and the immediate coast intended for bathing. The provision of paragraph 1 applies in particular to streets, squares, promenades, pedestrian zones, parks, squares and other public areas that are not designated as bathing areas," reads the new article of the adopted decision.
The second article of the decision specifies that for this offense, the person will be fined between 150 euros and 500 euros.
