Although the Municipality of Ulcinj announced that all roads in the inner city center would be covered with asphalt by Friday, May 1st at the latest, works on Hafiz Ali Street in Ulcinj are still ongoing, which is causing difficulties in traffic through the Bazaar to Pristan.
On that street, workers were laying cobblestones today at the roundabout at Vrh Pazar and the part before the turn onto the street towards Pinješ.
The works near Ploče have been completed, but that part of the street will apparently remain unpaved for the holiday - Montenegro's Independence Day, which is celebrated on May 21st.
In addition, work is also being carried out on the street below the Old Town towards Liman, and locals are also complaining about the unpaved access to the "Maršal Tito" Elementary School (OS).
