Gutić visited the new premises of the Center for Social Work for the Municipalities of Kotor, Tivat and Budva

Minister of Social Welfare, Family Care and Demography Damir Gutić visited today the new premises of the Center for Social Work for the Municipalities of Kotor, Tivat and Budva - PJ Budva, his department announced.

As they said, during the visit, they discussed the importance of improving spatial capacities for better provision of services to citizens, as well as further strengthening the social and child protection system.

They add that Gutić emphasized that creating adequate working conditions for employees and accepting beneficiaries is one of the important prerequisites for an efficient and accessible system of social and child protection.

"Quality social and child protection starts with the conditions in which professionals work and in which beneficiaries exercise their rights. That is why it is important to continuously invest in improving infrastructure and create an environment that meets the needs of both employees and citizens. In this way, we build a stronger, more accessible and more humane system of social and child protection," he said.

Center Director Mirela Kovačević emphasized that the new premises will significantly contribute to the quality of work and more efficient provision of services to users, providing employees with better conditions for performing their daily tasks and professional activities.

The visit was also attended by Sabina Muratović, Director General of the Directorate for Social Welfare and Family Care, and Danica Kašćelan, Head of the Ministry.
