For a used bus 35.000 euros

The Podgorica-based company "Putevi" has announced a tender for the procurement of a used bus for public city transport, worth 35.000 euros excluding value added tax (VAT).

According to the documentation available on the Montenegrin Electronic Public Procurement (CeJN) website, "Roads", among other things, are looking for a bus manufactured in 2007 or earlier with at least 40 passenger seats.

"As well as a minimum of 40 standing spaces and one space for people with disabilities (OSI). Number of doors for passenger entry and exit on the right side - a minimum of one for passenger entry and one for passenger exit," it says.

The website also states that "Putevi", which is run by Rados Zecevic, they require the bus to be up to 12,5 meters long, and to have "compressed air disc brakes" on all wheels.

"Air conditioning for the entire passenger compartment... The driver's seat should be adjustable in height, longitudinal axis and backrest angle. There should be at least one ventilation window on the roof, as well as heating for passengers... The mileage should be a maximum of 900.000 kilometers," the documentation states.

The public procurement website also states that bids are submitted through CeJN until June 26th at noon.

"The bidder is obliged to submit a written statement as part of the bid guaranteeing that the offered asset (used bus) has no real or legal defects and that, upon the written request of the contracting authority, if requested, within three days, it will enable the contracting authority's expert committee to inspect/verify it in the evaluation process, and the committee is obliged to draw up a report on the inspection carried out."

The tender also states that the entity is obliged to submit a description and characteristics of the subject of procurement.

“Payment within 30 days from the date of issuance of the invoice for the delivered used bus, which must be confirmed by signing the technical acceptance report.”
