From hiking and biking tours to DJ parties: A diverse summer program at Kolašin 1600

The Kolašin 1600 Ski Center expects the summer tourist season to surpass last year's in terms of the number of visitors, which, as they say, was a record.

The ski resort states that interest in staying on the mountain began even before June 7th, when the season officially opened.

"We already had our first organized group visits at the beginning of May, so in accordance with the announcements and needs of the groups, we successively opened certain facilities. This confirms that Bjelasica is no longer a destination reserved only for the winter season, but that an increasing number of guests recognize its potential during the summer as well. Since the official opening of the season, the Kolašin 1600 Ski Center has been open every day from nine to 19 and is ready to host both individual and organized group visits," say the PR service of the Ski Resorts of Montenegro (SCG), within which Kolašin 1600 operates.

In the coming months, as announced, in addition to the standard offer, which includes a panoramic cable car ride, a restaurant, a children's playroom and an open bar at 2.035 meters above sea level, the focus will be on hiking and biking tours, which have become the most popular summer activities on the mountain.

"We especially highlight the tour to Pešić Lake, which has become a favorite choice of a large number of visitors due to its accessibility, easier difficulty level and unreal view of the lake. During the summer, we are also planning a series of additional content and events, including musical and thematic events, sunset DJ parties at 2.035 meters above sea level, as well as a large concert in early August, which we will implement in cooperation with partners and institutions with whom we have a successful long-term cooperation," they say at the Kolašin 1600 Ski Center.

They announce that the backbone of the summer tourist offer will be "a complete mountain experience - from active vacation and recreation, to top-notch gastronomy, entertainment, and moments of enjoyment in nature."
