Budva Municipality: Illegal parking lot in Petrovac across from the "Voli" market sealed

The municipal inspection of the Municipality of Budva today, ex officio, sealed what they say is an illegal parking space across from the "Voli" market in Petrovac - the local administration announced on social media.

"The inspection determined that the company "Pester CO" was usurping space on cadastral plots owned by the Municipality of Budva, HG "Budvanska rivijera" and DOO "Zetagradnja". The subject of the inspection did not possess any technical documentation or legal basis for carrying out parking payment activities. In accordance with the law, the space has been sealed, its use is prohibited, and the entire case is being urgently forwarded to the competent state inspection bodies for further action," the Municipality stated.
