Electronic issuance of real estate certificates has begun

The Real Estate Administration has introduced a new electronic service that allows citizens to download real estate and title deeds online, without going to the counters.

As announced by the Administration, citizens can now use the portal listovi.ekatastar.me to view their land titles, select the document they need, make an electronic payment, and download an official electronic document, which is legally valid and can be used in all procedures in which a real estate title is required.

"Access to the service is enabled by using an ID card and NS eID - the official electronic identification system, which ensures a high level of security and data protection," the statement says.

It is stated that the document issuance process is designed to be simple, from registration and selection of a real estate title or title deed, through document review and electronic payment, to downloading the electronically signed document.

As it is added, users also have access to a history of previous requests, which allows them to re-download already issued documents at any time.

"The introduction of this service significantly shortens the time needed to obtain cadastral documentation, reduces administrative costs and relieves the burden on regional units of the Real Estate Administration," the statement says.

The Administration emphasized that the service is available to citizens 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from any location with internet access.

"The Real Estate Administration continues to develop modern electronic services with the aim of creating a more efficient, accessible and transparent public administration, adapted to the needs of citizens and the economy," the statement said.
