A company that claims not to have earned a single euro is simultaneously reporting that it has more money in its account, the consulting firm Fideliti Consulting announced today.

Fidelity Consulting reacted to the statement by Predrag Uljarević, director and editor-in-chief of the publishing house Nova knjiga, in which he, among other things, said that they reject allegations that Nova knjiga participated in any non-transparent actions.

"Finally, we have a response. After much controversy, Predrag Uljarević, director and editor-in-chief of Nova knjiga, has spoken out, telling us that his response is 'not controversy, but more than two decades of results', that Nova knjiga 'did not participate in any non-transparent actions' and that its role was 'exclusively in the capacity of a bidder'," the statement from Fideliti Consulting states.

They added that it was "brilliant, wonderful and above all wise."

"We admit that we are in favor of promoting results, so let's take a look at them, since they are pointing us to them. So, let's take one concrete result from the dusty shelf of the Tax Administration: the official financial statement of the company 'International Podgorica Fair' doo, the company that organizes the Podgorica Book Fair, and whose co-owner, look at the results, is the owner of Nova knjiga," said Fidelity Consulting.

The company adds, "we put the statement like a record on a gramophone."

"And what do we hear? Silence. Perfect, laboratory, hi-fi silence. The data for 2025 is as follows: revenues zero euros, expenses zero euros, profit logically zero. Number of employees zero, not euros. But wait, because the B side of this record hides a real surprise. While the income statement plays silence, or rather all zeros, the balance sheet, on the next side of the same document, roars at the top of its lungs. The cash in the company's account did not remain zero. It did not even fall, it grew. Let's read it very slowly in the silence of the summer heat: a company that claims not to have earned a single euro simultaneously reports that they have more money in their account. How on earth? Where does more money come from in a company that, by its own admission, had no inflow? And then comes the icing on the cake: with all that silence, freshly 'received donations' of 4.000 euros appear in the liabilities, while liabilities to suppliers increase by almost 14.000 euros. "So a company with no income receives donations, hoards cash, owes suppliers, and in the 'income' column, there is still that untouchable zero, calm as a Buddha," Fidelity Consulting said in a statement.

Fidelity Consulting CEO Miloš Vuković said on July 7 that the issue of cooperation between the Podgorica National Library "Radosav Ljumović" and the Nova knjiga company would be raised before the relevant state institutions.

On July 10, the company Fideliti Consulting published a video that they claim was recorded in the office of the director of the Radosav Ljumović National Library, Slavica Ilinčić, in which she announces that Nova knjiga has purchased the copyright to the Works of Marko Miljanov and thus becomes the sole, exclusive owner of the copyright for a certain period of time.

They asked from whom the non-existent rights were purchased, who legitimized himself as the owner of something that has belonged to no one since 1971, what exactly was charged and into which bank account the "decedent's payment" was made.

Fidelity Consulting stated on July 10 that "no one sold anything, but the 'exclusivity' was invented on camera for the purpose of Slavica's self-rescue from criminal proceedings, in front of the camera, during working hours, which is not a criminal offense, but is a diagnosis of a fabrication."
