The vehicle of the ambassador of Montenegro to Slovenia and the former mayor of Podgorica, Miomir Mugoša, was filmed making a wrong turn and turning at the intersection near the Basic Court in Podgorica.
A gray "BMW" with diplomatic license plates is incorrectly aligned, and with the help of a car, it makes an illegal turn at the intersection. From the lane where the car is, it is possible to turn left only.
Marko Mugoša, the ambassador's son, mostly uses that car, even though he does not have diplomatic status.
"Vijesti" reporters they photographed the younger Mugoš in a gray BMW in early October 2016 with plates CD-09-01 (SLO).
