The Central Bank of Montenegro (CBCG) and the Montenegrin Academy of Sciences and Arts (CANU) should sign an agreement on mutual cooperation, it was assessed at the meeting of the Governor of the CBCG, Radoje Žugić, with the President of CANU, Dragan Vukčević.
At the meeting, as announced by the CBCG, specific modalities of cooperation between the CBCG and CANU in the field of research and scientific activities were agreed upon.
"Starting from two significant projects of mutual interest for both institutions, the organization of a round table on the history of banking in Montenegro and the publication of the edition "Lexicon of banking in Montenegro", the raising of the level of information and economic knowledge in society will be affirmed, in order to contribute to a better understanding the history and development of banking, the security of the banking system, but also the importance of financial stability," says the announcement.
On that occasion, as stated, to mutual satisfaction, the need to sign an agreement on mutual cooperation was highlighted.
