Social network Twitter will allow its subscribers to post up to 10.000 characters, the company announced on Thursday.
Until now, Twitter allowed posts of up to 280 characters, but users who pay an eight-dollar subscription to "Twitter Blue" will be able to share longer texts online, reports N1 Zagreb.
New owner Elon Musk wants to redirect Twitter from its failed approach to ad revenue.
"Twitter now allows tweets of up to 10.000 characters, with bold and italic formats," the company announced Thursday.
