The former president of the Supreme Court Vesna Medenica and judge Suzana Mugoša, the chairwoman of the council in the "coup d'état" proceedings, had a close relationship and communication during that court process, although according to the judicial hierarchy it should not be like that, according to the transcripts of their conversations, submitted to "Vijesti ".
Their relationship is evidenced by the messages they exchanged, and this communication goes beyond the boundaries of an official relationship - Mugoša asks Medenica for favors and thanks her, they exchange expressions of admiration and respect, as well as emoticons in the shape of hearts and kisses.
It is only part of the correspondence from the phone of the long-time first lady of the Montenegrin judiciary, which was confiscated after she was arrested on April 14, 2022 on charges of being part of a criminal group allegedly formed by her son Miloš Medenica.
At the end of January 2021, Mugoša asked Medenica to help her - to tell the President of the High Court, who is actually Judge Mugoša's superior, that she does not want and will no longer be a deputy.
"I know you're on your way, but I have to ask you for help, I told the president today that I don't want and won't be a deputy anymore, firstly, because after the stress of last week, while I was changing him, I ended up having an infusion yesterday I wasn't at work, and I had my trial. Secondly, my trial is a priority and I'm entering the final stage and I'll be there every day, as I told you. In order to finish it properly, I have to free myself from other obligations. He doesn't he understands, and I told him that I already told you that the day there was a problem. He said he would ask you, and the college is on Thursday. I can't and I don't want to do that anymore, so please understand me and help me," she sends to Medenica on the evening of January 21.
The president of the Supreme Court at the time told her not to worry.
"I'll tell him. I'll call him tomorrow. Don't worry," she writes.
In March of that year, they again talk about the case for attempted terrorism on the day of the parliamentary elections in 2016, more precisely, Mugoša tells her that it is "too early for measures", and they also comment on the media reports about the cooperating witness, Saša Sinđelić, who at one point claimed that lied about everything.

Among the isolated messages that talk about their mutual relationship are those in which Medenica invites Mugoša to visit her, as well as a judge of the High Court who asks for help to pass an exam for a member of her family...
