The memorandum of cooperation between the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare and the international organization Help for the implementation of the project "Increasing the socio-economic inclusion of vulnerable groups through innovative, tailored assistance" was signed by Minister Naida Nišić and the director of Help for Montenegro Dijana Anđelić.

We will especially focus on working with children and working with parents through the Work Activation Program and the implementation of special plans and programs in cooperation with case managers from social work centers in the municipalities covered by this project," Anđelić added.

The project, as stated in the Memorandum, aims to contribute to the socio-economic inclusion and protection of vulnerable groups in Montenegro with a focus on families from the Roma and Egyptian communities, through the improvement of social and child protection services for families in which there is a moderate or high risk of displacement of children due to extreme material deprivation and/or exposure to violence and support for the creation of paths to employment.

Project activities include providing support to families at risk in direct cooperation with centers for social work in Berane, Podgorica, Nikšić and Bijela Polje.
