The Deputy Mayor of the Capital City, Luka Rakčević, said at today's session of the Capital City Assembly that the explicit video was played by high school students last night on the street light panel in Njegoševa Street.

The controversial content was released last night on a billboard located in front of the Capital City building.

"We received information from our colleagues from the Information System Center (CIS) that a group of 15 high school students accessed the display itself late in the evening and managed to play certain videos. It was recorded by some persons and, of course, aired and very quickly corrected. I really think that there is nothing so spectacular that it is worthy of a political story...", assessed Rakčević.

He told "Vijesta" that the Ministry of Tourism, Ecology and Sustainable Development of the North manages LED.

Rakčević added that the capital will work on the case in cooperation with that department.

He said that, previously, it happened that high school students had performances. He added that the case has been reported to the competent authorities so that similar situations do not happen again.

DPS member, Mihailo Andušić, said that this is a big problem for Podgorica.

The President of the Assembly of the Capital City, Jelena Borovinić Bojović, said that "what happened in front of the Municipality is scandalous, terrible and not funny at all."

"The competent authorities will react and have already partially reacted in the context of determining the incident and initiating appropriate criminal proceedings that are necessary in this situation. I am sure that this opinion is shared by all members of this parliament, as well as the citizens of Podgorica. Such situations must be dealt with immediately react, and they must be stopped at the root if we want to preserve the dignity of all citizens of Podgorica", said Borovinić Bojović.

DPS official Andrija Klikovac said that the government is in complete disarray.

"The director of the Center for Information Systems (CIS) should be responsible himself. He should resign, and all of you who voted for him should fire him because of this incident. Because that's how a message is sent to those who are held accountable, that they should bear it. And not yet to say that he is an expert...", said Klikovac.
