Montenegrin karate player Vladimir Mijač qualified for the kata finals at the European Championship for cadets, juniors and junior seniors in Budapest.
The younger senior from Bara was second in the group in the first round of the competition with 23,92 points, while in the second round he won the continuation of the competition as third place with 23,58 points.
In the third round, he was dominant and won the final with 24 points, as the first place in the group.
His opponent in the match for the gold medal will be Frenchman Frank Ngoan.
