The careers of Luka Doncic and Treo Young will be the subject of comparisons by NBA analysts in the coming years, because they were selected in the draft in the same year, and they are the leaders of the new wave, along with Deandre Ayton.
At the same time, Dončić was chosen by Atlanta as the third pick in June last year, but a trade was soon made, while Young was chosen by Dallas from the fifth place, but an exchange was soon made - the Slovenian went to Texas, and the American to Georgia.
So far, the Mavericks have done better in the trade, because Dončić shines, his performance in his debut season is compared to the beginnings of the greatest stars of all time.
Jang, however, claims that time will tell if he is a better player than Doncic.
