The title was also defended by Chris Bosh, who confirmed that he is a specialist in three-point shots from the center.
His team (Dominic Wilkins, Swin Cash) again celebrated in the shooting contest.
In a duel with Ben McLemore, Wall pulled off a great two-handed overhead move with his back to the basket after jumping over an assistant dressed as the Washington Wizards mascot.
Macklemore was the most creative, but the chivalrous exit with Shaquille O'Neal crowning him didn't come with a special move.
Belinelli became the third European to win three-pointers at the NBA All-Star Game, after Predrag Stojaković and Dirk Novicki.
The guard of San Antonio Spurs beat Bradley Beal 24:18 in an interesting final that had an extra series.
