Westbrook and Green the most overrated, according to NBA players

Russell Westbrook and Draymond Green are the most overrated players in the NBA.

That's the opinion of 127 basketball players in an anonymous survey for The Athletic.

Of the 47 players who voted in the "most overrated player" category, Green and Westbrook each received 17 percent of the vote.

They are followed by Jimmy Butler, Andrew Wiggins and Karl-Anthony Towns (6,3 percent), then James Harden, Ben Simmons, LeBron James and Kyle Lowry (4,2 percent). Nikola Jokić and Luka Dončić each received one vote in the same category.

Westbrook is averaging 23 points, 11 rebounds and 10,7 assists this season, marking the third straight season he will finish with a triple-double. Green is averaging 7,5 points, 7,3 rebounds and seven assists.

In the vote for the most useful player, James Harden received 44,3 percent of the votes, Giannis Adetokumbo 38,9 percent, and Paul George 12,7 percent.

Most players would start building a successful team with Janis Adetokumba, and most basketball players chose Greg Popović as the coach they would like to play under.

When it comes to the best defenders, Kawhi Leonard is in first place, followed by Paul George and Rudy Gober.

Kyrie Irving was convincingly first in the voting on the question "who handles the ball best", and Michael Jordan received as many as 73 percent of the votes as the best player of all time - followed by James with 11,9 percent and Kobe Bryant with 10,6 percent.
