The NBA League published a list of 205 players registered for this year's NBA draft, and Montenegrin basketball player Marko Simonović (21) is also on the list.
The ceremony is scheduled for June 25 in New York, but that date will almost certainly be postponed and it is still unknown when and in what form this year's draft will be held due to the coronavirus pandemic.
However, the NBA released a list of 163 American and 42 foreign basketball players who were registered. That is 28 players less than last year, and 31 less than the 2018 draft.
The list also includes the young Mega Bemax basketball player Marko Simonović, who signed up for the draft in agreement with his agent Miško Ražnatović.
Simonović was born in 1999, and until the break of the ABA league, he was one of the best players in the championship and a candidate for MVP of the competition.
He averaged 16.2 points, 7.6 rebounds and 1.1 blocks per game.
Leading the list of candidates is Georgia shooting guard Anthony Edwards, who most experts see as the No. 19.1 pick. Edwards averaged 5.2 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 32 assists in XNUMX games for the Bulldogs this season.
