After the coronavirus pandemic subsides, there is a possibility that the finals of the NBA and WNBA leagues will take place in Las Vegas, Commissioner Adam Silver announced.
Silver said he couldn't talk about an exact date yet.
However, the NBA determined that 15.000 COVID-19 testing kits would be needed for the safe continuation of the NBA League, and that several companies were interested in doing it for the needs of players, coaches, staff and club employees.
Silver emphasized earlier that the league cannot request that amount of tests due to the needs of the continuation of the season, if before that the public request for the number of tests has not yet been fulfilled. Consequently, even test manufacturers cannot guarantee that public demand will be met, at a time when the NBA wants to resume the season.
