The Los Angeles Clippers beat Cleveland tonight 121:99 and achieved their 17th victory in the NBA.
The Clippers were led by Paul George with 31 points, six assists and four rebounds. He made eight three-pointers from nine attempts, and his team made 20 three-pointers from 34 attempts.
Kawhi Leonard participated in the victory with 24 points, six rebounds and three assists, Lou Williams with 15, and Serge Ibaka with 14 points. Ivica Zubac added 10 points and 16 rebounds.
The Clippers are the only team in the league this season that has not suffered two consecutive losses.
In the Cleveland team, Colin Sexton was the most effective with 27 points with five assists, Darius Garland scored 23, and Andre Drummond scored 13 points with five rebounds.
Washington basketball players beat Miami 103:100 and achieved their fifth win of the season. The team from Washington was led by Bradley Beal with 32 points, eight rebounds and four assists. He scored at least 25 points in each of the 17 games he played, becoming the fifth player to start a season with such a streak, and the first since Rick Berry, who started the 25/1966 season with a 1967-game streak.
In the Washington team, which recovered from a 13-point deficit in the second half, Deni Avdija scored 13 points, Rui Hatimura 11 points, nine rebounds and five assists and Davis Bertans 11 points. The team did not have Russell Westbrook, who has never played two consecutive games this season.
In the defeated team, Tyler Hirou was the most effective with 20 points, Jimmy Butler scored 19 points, with nine assists and eight rebounds, and Bem Adebayo scored 17 points, with 11 rebounds and six assists. Goran Dragić added 10 points.
Dallas basketball players beat Atlanta 122:116 and ended a six-game losing streak. Dallas was led by Luka Doncic with 27 points, 14 assists and eight rebounds, Kristaps Porzingis with 24 points and 11 rebounds and Tim Hardaway with 22 points. Serbian center Boban Marjanović did not play.
In the Atlanta team, John Collins was the best with 35 points and 12 rebounds, Kevin Huerter added 21 points, 10 assists and five rebounds, Trey Young 21 points and nine assists, and Danilo Gallinari 19 points.
Milwaukee basketball players beat Indiana 130:110 led by Janis Adetokunba, who in 31 minutes achieved a triple double performance of 21 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists. Bobby Potis scored 18 points and grabbed nine rebounds, and Donte DiVincenzo added 16 points.
In the Indiana team, Domantas Sabonis stood out with 33 points, 12 rebounds and six assists. Justin Holliday finished the game with 15 points and eight rebounds, Doug McDermott with 13 points and seven rebounds, and Malcolm Brogdon with 12 points.
In other games, Philadelphia beat Charlotte 118:111, New York beat Chicago 107:103, and Oklahoma beat Houston 104:87. San Antonio beat Minnesota 111:108, New Orleans beat Phoenix 123:101, while Sacramento beat Boston 116:111.
