History was written in the NBA last night - as many as five players achieved a triple-double performance in one day.
They are Julius Randle, James Harden, Domantas Sabonis, Giannis Adetokumbo and Russell Westbrook.
Julius Randle scored 119 points with 97 rebounds and assists in New York's victory against Oklahoma (26:12). He set a career high in assists.
Randle reached his second triple-double this season and became the first New York player to do so since Mark Jackson in the 1988/89 season.
And Brooklyn was led to victory over Detroit (100:95) by James Harden - he finished the match with 24 points, and had ten rebounds and assists.
Domantas Sabonis also recorded a triple-double. He was most responsible for Indiana's victory over Phoenix (122:111) - 22 points, 13 rebounds and ten assists.
And in the game between Milwaukee and Washington, Giannis Adetokumbo and Russell Westbrook each recorded a triple-double performance.
Adetokumbo led Milwaukee to victory, and the match ended with 33 points and 11 rebounds and assists.
In the Washington team, Westbrook stood out with 42 points, ten rebounds and 12 assists.
