The basketball world mourns Dušan Ivković, and the words used to say goodbye to the legendary coach by his colleagues, friends and rivals speak of his greatness.
Greg Popovich called from the USA.
"Dušan Ivković is an icon of basketball. His personality is timeless, and he was the master of this sport. My time spent with Duda, whether in Europe or the United States of America, was filled with wonderful moments and having him in my company was something special. My most sincere condolences to Nena and the entire family in these difficult times," said the coach of San Antonio.
Gregg Popovich won five NBA titles with San Antonio.
He won the fifth in the 2013/14 season, among other things, using actions patented by a Serbian expert.
