The match was even until the last quarter, and then with five minutes left, the Knicks reached plus 12 (105:93) and everything was settled.
Evan Fournier scored 26 points for the home team, Julius Randle scored 20, with 16 rebounds, while Russell Westbrook led the guests with a new triple-double (31 points, 13 steals and 10 assists).
Without Nikola Jokić, Denver was powerless against Portland (119:100), while Miami overcame Detroit's resistance (33:16) with a great last quarter, which it won 100:92.
