The Memphis basketball players beat Golden State 106:101 at home, tying the score at 1:1 in the semifinal series of the Western Conference of the NBA League.
Dza Morent led the home team to victory, scoring 47 points, 18 of which he scored in the last quarter.
Morent recorded eight assists and rebounds and three steals each. He became only the third player in NBA history to score over 45 points in multiple playoff games before turning 23 years old.
LeBron James and Kobe Bryant did it before him.
Zaire Williams added 14 points, while Jaren Jackson Jr. had 12 points and seven rebounds for the winning team.
Steph Curry scored 27 points for the visitors, with nine rebounds and eight assists, Jordan Poole scored 20 points, and Andrew Wiggins scored 16 points with nine rebounds.
Memphis was in the lead until the beginning of the fourth quarter, and they had the biggest advantage in the third period, when they led by 10 points on several occasions.
In the last quarter, the guests led by four points (97:93), and then Memphis went on a 13:4 run until the end of the match.
Memphis has only made it to the Western Conference Finals once, in 2013
The next game will be played in San Francisco on the night between Saturday and Sunday.
Boston beat Milwaukee 109:86 at home to tie the game at 1:1 in the Eastern Conference semifinals.
The home team took an 18:3 lead in the first half, and until the end it only increased its advantage, which at one point amounted to 26 points (72:46).
Jaylen Brown was the most effective in Boston with 30 points, and he scored 25 in the first half. He also recorded six assists and five rebounds.
Jason Tatum scored one less point, with eight assists, Grant Williams scored 21 points, and Al Horford had a double-double with 11 points and rebounds.
Due to an injury, the best defensive player of the NBA league Marcus Smart, who should be ready for the third game of the playoff series, did not play for Boston.
The best performance among the current champions was Janis Adetokumbo with 28 points, nine rebounds and seven assists, Jrue Holliday added 19 points, while Bobby Portis and Pat Connaton scored 13 points each.
