The six participants of the quarter-finals of the Euroleague in basketball are known - Olympiakos, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Monaco, Maccabi and Partizan.
Three more are wanted, and the list will be completed after the matches of the 34th round, which are scheduled for Thursday and Friday.
Fenerbahce, Baskonia and Žalgiris are competing for two positions in the playoffs, and Red Star has not been in the game for ten times.
"Red and white" welcome Fener tomorrow and in the calculations, with a victory, they could help their great rival Partizan to reach position number five and meet Monaco in the quarter-finals.
The Montenegrin expert on Zvezda's bench, Duško Ivanović, wants a triumph at the end, but at the same time regrets the missed chances in the regular part of the season.
"I am extremely satisfied with the commitment and dedication with which these guys work. I am not satisfied with the result because we did not enter the Top 8. I think it is really a shame for us, because if we had gone through we would have had a real chance to win the Euroleague. This is easy to say now when you outside," Ivanovic said.
Fener arrives in Belgrade weakened.
Dimitris Itudis cannot count on Scotti Wilbekin, Devin Booker, Nemanja Bjelica and Metedjan Birsen.
"Fenerbahce is an extremely high-quality team - they have a large number of players who can solve the game and one-on-one situations, low post. They are very strong there...", concluded Ivanovic.
