The long-awaited meeting of the new city administration in Podgorica and representatives of the Budućnost Voli basketball club took place today.
And as the mayor Olivera Injac announced, the capital is ready to be a big supporter of the "blues".
"The new city administration will respond adequately to the needs of KK Budućnost Voli and continue to support the club, with the belief that the benefits of cooperation will be manifested in good results on the field," said Injac.
The announcement states that during the meeting it was pointed out that Budućnost is extremely important not only for Podgorica, but also for Montenegro, as well as that it is therefore necessary to invest more effort and provide more significant support, from the local and state level, so that the club can met the season as prepared as possible.
It is also emphasized that it is important that the support of this cooperation comes from the Government of Montenegro in order to make a long-term plan in agreement with the club's Management Board and the Capital City and provide a strategic approach to the club's continued development.

The president of Budućnost Dragan Bokan was also satisfied with the epilogue of the meeting:
"On behalf of the Board of Directors of KK Budućnost Voli, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the new city administration, headed by the mayor, Mrs. Olivera Injac, for correctly looking at the importance of the club and respecting everything that has been done so far. I thank you for your understanding and support when in the future of our Future. At the meeting of the club's Board of Directors, which is already scheduled for Monday, we will present today's agreement in detail and determine further directions for the new basketball season. Only by working together can we look with optimism to the years to come," Bokan pointed out.
